For small groups from 6 to 10 persons, discover the flavours of «La cuisine du monde » : India, Vietnam, Thaïland, Antilles, Marocco, Senegal, Mali, Italy…

With « Specials cuisine, you will learn how to prepare a white or pink or red meal, how to use edible flowers and seaweed, chocolate and how to present them artistically.

The « la cuisine BIO » will show all the local produces and how to use them.

Learn how to make your « foie gras », and prepare fruit in disguise, especially for Christmas !

You can also organise your own sessions with friends over a weekend during
your holidays , or even for a longer period.

Julie can guide you in English too.
